DELIDERS PRO METHODOLOGY:

Our methodology is led by Isaac Cuenca, former professional player who was part of the same squad with legends like Messi, Xavi, and Iniesta, and was promoted to FC Barcelona’s first team by Pep Guardiola.
With over 30 official matches for FC Barcelona, and experience with Ajax and the Spanish National Team, Cuenca brings his elite-level background to the development of our players.
As the main ambassador of Deliders, he is committed to creating a space of real opportunities, where players grow technically, physically, tactically, and mentally.
The Deliders Pro methodology is based on individualized attention, personalized analysis, and daily training tailored to the needs of each player.

FOOTBALL PRO PROGRAM
Standard Program
· Player analysis report and progression plan.
· Monthly meeting with the sporting director.
· Quarterly evolution report.
· Placement in a Deliders team or the best clubs in the region in the highest category according to the player’s level.
· Weekly video analysis with the team.
· 4 team training sessions per week (at least 1 with Deliders coaches).
· Specialized goalkeeper training with a dedicated coach.
· Federated competition (weekends).
· Physiotherapist assistance during training sessions and matches.
· High-level football tournaments (Christmas and Easter).
· Friendly matches.
Pro Program (+ Standard)
· Weekly technical training session.
· Weekly personalized video analysis session.
· Personalized physical training plan.
· Weekly individual coaching session.
From method to opportunity:
Progress and compete at the highest level your skills allow within Spanish football.
After the pre-season and an initial report, we determine the highest category in which you can compete.
If that category is above where the Deliders teams are, you will try-out with the different clubs in the Tarragona region (we collaborate with all of them) that have a team at that category level, to see which team you fit the most. Anywhere you start playing, we will work on.
From the start, you’ll have a personalized progression plan to keep growing according to your development.
Tarragona offers great opportunities, with teams in almost every division of Spanish football.

OUR PROGRAMS
10-Month Program: Get the most out of Deliders.
Designed for those who aim to reach their full potential. Over the course of 10 months, players experience comprehensive development in football, studies, and personal growth, providing enough time to achieve significant and sustainable progress.
6-Month Program: Half-season experience.
Players can join our professional program for 6 months, starting in January or September. After an aptitude evaluation, each player is assigned to the appropriate group and will train alongside participants in the annual program.
3-Month Program: Trial experience.
Young athletes can opt for our 3-month professional program, with the flexibility to start at any time of the year. This course offers a great opportunity to experience firsthand the Deliders environment.
Trial Trip: Summer camp or short travel experience.
This short-term program provides an introduction to the academy. In just a few weeks, players will meet the staff, participate in training sessions, and play matches, allowing them to see firsthand what Deliders can offer them.

Deliders is part of Institució Familiar d’Educació, an organization with over 55 years of experience and 13 educational centers across Spain, dedicated to the comprehensive development of its students.
It was born thanks to the collaboration between Institució and Isaac Cuenca, former FC Barcelona player, with the goal of unlocking the full potential of young footballers, both in sports and personal development.
Through a demanding environment and proper guidance, we channel the passion for football by working on mindset, character, resilience, and self-confidence, key factors for success on and off the field.
Deliders offers real opportunities to progress in a football career, allowing players to compete in the highest possible division thanks to its own teams and agreements with clubs in Tarragona.
